No, we currently operate online only. This helps us keep prices affordable for our customers.

No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders and view past purchases more easily.

Shipping & Delivery
How long does order processing take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
What is the estimated delivery time?
Most orders are delivered within 7–10 business days, depending on your location and courier coverage.
Do you ship internationally?
No, we currently ship only within India.
Which courier partners do you use?
We ship with trusted partners like Shiprocket, Ekart, and Delhivery.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. You can also check status on our Tracking Page
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods including UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
Is there an extra charge for COD?
Yes. COD orders have an additional charge of ₹80 and require phone verification before shipping.
Which payment gateway do you use?
We use Cashfree as our secure payment gateway.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 7 days of delivery only if the product is damaged or incorrect. An unboxing video is required.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A flat fee of ₹100 will be charged.
How are refunds processed?
Refunds are issued to the original payment method (or bank account for COD orders) within 8–15 working days after approval.
